As sunshine lingers and outdoor gatherings return, a new pink aperitif is carving out space on summer menus. The Sarti Spritz — a fruit-forward twist on the classic spritz — is being shared online as a sweeter, tropical alternative to Aperol.
What it is
The Sarti Spritz blends sparkling wine with a bright, fruity liqueur called Sarti Rosa. Tasting notes include Sicilian blood orange, mango and passionfruit, producing a sweet‑sour profile that is noticeably less bitter than a traditional Aperol spritz.

Ingredients
- 50ml Sarti Rosa
- 75ml Prosecco
- 25ml soda water
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedge, to garnish
How to make it
Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.
Pour in the Prosecco, then add the Sarti Rosa. Top with soda water and give the drink a gentle stir so the flavours combine without flattening the bubbles.
Finish with a lime wedge for brightness. Serve immediately.
Note on proportions
A social media demonstration shared on TikTok presents a slightly different ratio — three parts Prosecco to two parts Sarti Rosa to one part soda — as an alternative. Both approaches deliver the same pink, fruity result; adjust the balance to suit your taste.
The Sarti Spritz is easy to scale for a party and works well as an outdoor or aperitivo drink. Enjoy responsibly.
