The company confirmed the Clonshaugh outlet will close on the evening of Friday, September 11 for refurbishment. To maintain service, a mobile Butlers Chocolate Café trailer will operate outside the headquarters from the following morning.
The trailer is scheduled to open on Saturday, September 12 at 9am, according to the brand’s statement, which described the closure as a short-term measure while a “fabulous new café” is prepared.

In social posts the firm encouraged regulars to follow its pages for updates. One caption read: “We’re closing… but not for long.” It added that customers would be “fuelling” their visits from the trailer while the makeover is completed.
