Russell, who plays for Bath and is a familiar face in international rugby, married Emma Canning a year after proposing. The bride, a former Scottish heptathlete, chose an ivory gown with a corseted bodice and full skirt for the outdoor vows.

Guests watched as the pair exchanged vows on the lawn. The couple, who have been together for around eight years, are already parents to two daughters.
Reception: relaxed and lively
For the celebrations, the newlyweds changed into more casual outfits. Emma swapped her long dress for a fitted mini dress finished with a lace hem, while Finn traded his suit trousers for shorts as the party continued.

The mood on the dance floor was upbeat, with attendees photographed enjoying the evening. Sunlight and an open-air setting framed much of the day’s events.
Guests and moments
Simon Zebo and his wife made the trip from Cork without their four children, and Zebo shared several images from the wedding on social media. He attended alongside former Racing 92 teammates and captioned one post: “Long live the Russell’s. Magical stuff.”
The group also posed together, joking that “we will always have Paris,” a reference to past shared experiences at club level.
Elvira Zebo opted for a modest long-sleeve green bodycon dress with a high neckline for the occasion. The couple’s appearance added to a guest list that combined family moments with familiar faces from professional rugby.
