Ruairí McGivern has publicly denied social-media claims that he was unfaithful to his wife, influencer Annalivia Hynds, saying the rumours have crossed a line and are affecting their families. In a video posted to TikTok, the father of three urged followers to be cautious about what they accept as fact online.
His response: a direct rebuttal
The 29-year-old said he had tried to ignore the chatter but felt compelled to speak out after speculation continued to spread. In the clip he described the stories as false and damaging, insisting: “I’ve never stepped out in our marriage. I’ve never been unfaithful to Annalivia.”

He also told viewers he had hoped not to draw further attention to the matter, but that the volume of posts and videos forced his hand. McGivern asked people not to treat every item they see on social media as gospel.
Family drawn into the controversy
McGivern said the rumours have reached beyond the couple, with relatives contacted by people eager to discuss the allegations. He described the number of messages and enquiries as excessive and upsetting for both sides of the family.

That pressure, he implied, was a major reason for going on record and asking followers to stop amplifying unverified claims.
The couple’s timeline
McGivern and Hynds first met in 2014 and began a relationship in 2017. They have shared much of their life together on social platforms and have three children: a daughter, Robyn, born in December 2019; a second daughter, Rhea, who arrived two years later; and a son, Rían, born in April 2024.
The pair became engaged on a family holiday to Spain in 2022 and were married in July 2025 — a ceremony that attracted heavy attention online, with some fans playfully referring to it as a high-profile social-media event.
What they are asking from followers
Beyond denying the accusations, McGivern’s message was a plea for restraint. He encouraged people to pause before sharing and to consider the real-world consequences of spreading rumours about others.
