The Chancery Hotel in Dublin 2 has launched the Urban Flex Desk package, giving business travellers and remote workers a private, tech-ready workspace within the hotel. The offering combines secure, ergonomically designed work pods with dining options and access to on-site wellness facilities.
Private, connected workspaces
The package includes dedicated work pods equipped with hotel Wi‑Fi and ergonomic seating. Each pod is fitted with a personal key so guests can lock their space and leave belongings safely.

These enclosed units are designed to cut out background noise, making them suitable for video calls, virtual meetings and confidential one-to-one conversations. The Chancery markets the pods as a focused alternative to cafés or home interruptions.
Food and drink to fit the day
Guests on the Urban Flex Desk receive a tailored daytime food and drink offering. From the Chancery Coffee Dock there is a light-bite breakfast alongside unlimited Irish and speciality teas, barista coffee and bottled water.
Lunch or dinner is provided as a two-course option, timed to suit each guest’s schedule and served in the hotel’s bar area.
Wellness added to the workday
True to the hotel’s “mind and body” approach, Urban Flex Desk users gain access to the Wellness Hub. Facilities include a modern studio gym, an infrared sauna, a treatment room and a whirlpool with a Hammam bath experience.
Hotel staff say these features are intended to bring a restorative element to an otherwise busy working day.
Where it is and who runs it
The four‑star, independently owned hotel opened on Ship Street Great in 2024. It sits a short walk from the Dublin Royal Convention Centre and the Printworks at Dublin Castle, positioning it close to major conference and event venues.
